Among these solutions are our beautiful state-of-the art websites, designed by our dedicated “Web Studio” : a fantastic team of developers, UX designers, and project managers.

 Main responsibilities: 

Reporting:

  • Define the key performance indicators and identify the most relevant data to improve knowledge of the customer journey in collaboration with the business teams.
  • Define and carry out regular reporting to management and the various internal contacts & Creation & optimisation of digital performance monitoring dashboards: GA, Data Studio, etc.

Web performance monitoring & analysis of the "customer journey and conversion":

 

  • Carry out analyses designed to develop knowledge of behaviour and to support strategic decision-making.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to identify issues on our e-commerce sites and media channels that impact sales performance.
  • Make the data as actionable as possible so that product owners and UX designers can draw concrete insights from it.
  • Support Web product managers and Account Managers when facing and answering to specific clients’ requests.

 Skills transfer:

  • Ensure the increase in skills of internal teams on the management of their activity through the implementation of training courses by level of mastery of web analysis tools.
  • Help our clients in implementing / configuring Google Analytics on their side to work perfectly with our solutions

REQUIREMENTS :

 

Education :

With an engineering school, computer science or ESC profile with digital specialization; you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, tourism sector is a plus.

 

Skills

  • A strong skill / experience with Google Analytics is mandatory, a good knowledge of Firebase and another tracking solution is a plus (Adobe, Yandex…)
  • Good mastery of web & mobile tracking methods, especially Google Tag Manager
  • A spirit of analysis and synthesis is essential
  • Strong ability to make data actionable via relevant business recommendations
  • Autonomy and ability to adapt 
  • Self-starter, curious, eager to learn,
  • Fluent English essential: we work daily with teams in Europe and Asia
  • Be familiar with data viz / reporting tools (Table, Data Studio, etc),
  • Advanced use of Excel.
  • Great rigour, organisational skills and analytical mind
  • Calm management of emergency situations and high level of reactivity
  • Creative sensibility
  • Excellent relationship and ability to adapt to different interlocutors (designer, developers, account manager, IT, products, managers...)


A PLUS:

  • Good knowledge of SEO and how to conduct a complete website performance analysis
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL and JAVASCRIPT
  • Knowledge of WordPress
