E-learning Content Specialist (H/F)

We are looking for an E-learning Specialist to develop engaging and memorable  internal eLearning Courses  using our dedicated learning management system. With knowledge of instructional design principles, this successful candidate is not afraid to think outside the box and to take the initiative to deliver.  


As part of the Product team the Elearning Specialist works closely with each product manager to create engaging training in virtual and blended learning environments for D-EDGE collaborators..


Our ideal team member is creative, energetic, and understands the learning ecosystem needs and specifications. 



  • Plans, designs  and builds internal learning curriculums and programs for new and existing products.
  • Performs the necessary learning needs analysis to define the problems that need to be solved with training.
  • Works with Product Managers to define learning objectives and content.
  • Apply interaction design and interactive learning principles to instructional solutions for adult learners
  • Uploads and configures e-learning content onto the learning experience platform.
  • Keeps learning material up to date by following up on product releases.
  • Creates images and animations that identify a concept or convey a message.
  • Evaluates training programs and courses and makes improvements.
  • Creating learning programs and modules for e-learning, in-person, and blended purposes.
  • Works with the Product Knowledge Team to identify opportunities for single-sourcing content


Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in e-learning design.
  • Degree in instructional design, learning design, or a related field of training development
  • Knowledge of theories and models that underpin effective adult learning;
  • Fluent in English
  • Adept at using content authoring applications and creative tools commonly used to develop learning and e-learning such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate, Articulate 360, Powerpoint, Kahoot, Vyond, Visme, etc.
  • Has a good working knowledge of e-learning standards, methods, and processes
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; some knowledge or experience in technical writing is a bonus.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and management to ensure requirements are being met and projects are kept on schedule.
  • Strong problem solving skills and self-initiative
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills 
  • Familiar with Agile development environments
