A a Technical Support/Customer Support Officer, your main responsibilities will be :
- You will be a privileged interlocutor to our clients, you will assist and guide customers throughout the solution with available technical resources
- Maximize customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques.
- Identify and analyse customers’ issues
- Coordinator, you follow the cases of support since the opening of the incident until its resolution and its closure
- Follow the technical case from the beginning to the resolution of the incident and inform the customers’ in an appropriate way
- Your discernment allows you to identify the functional and relevant improvements wished by the users.
- You will work in collaboration with the Account Manager team
Skills/Experiences :
- Associate degree minimum
- Customer Service experience is required (2 years minimum) Knowledge in hospitality, tourism or online distribution is a real bonus
- You have strong computer skills, you like it and your entourage see you as a geek
- Fluent English
- Flexibility, dynamism and adaptability
