Your role :

  • Provide technical and functional expertise to the client portfolio (hoteliers) on D-EDGE products and solutions
  • Analyze and identify levers for revenue optimization, visibility and portfolio conversion
  • Offer revenue optimization solutions, visibility and conversion (e-commerce, SEO, SEM, social media ...)
  • Inform and offer customers new D-EDGE services and products for sales purposes
  • Intervene occasionally on solving technical problems
  • Monitor the activity of your customers (needs analysis, technical and commercial answers, reporting ...)

 

Your profile :

 

  • Higher education diploma (business school, marketing or tourism, you have IMPERATIVELY a solid experience in the Hospitality industry or tourism
  • Solid knowledge of e-commerce and online distribution techniques
  • You have knowledge of Revenue Optimization / Yield Management
  • You have IMPERATIVELY knowledge of hotel reservation systems and GDS tools is a plus
  • You are recognized for your diligence, consultative approach to sales and a real ability to negotiate with decision makers
  • Open to technological developments affinities with information systems.
  • Travel will be expected in the area.
