As one of a team of Sales Managers, you are responsible for generating new customers and working with the local Market Manager who handles the existing customers in your region.

You will be responsible for the revenue of your region as well as the overall customer satisfaction:

 

 Main responsibilities:

  • Sell the whole Solution range and Generate the planned revenue,
  • Take care of sales negotiations and contracts;
  • Work together and cooperate on upsell with the local Market Manager;
  • Follow hotel performance to provide advice and prioritize sales activities;
  • Create marketing plans and coordinate marketing activities,
  • Call on prospects and main hotels,
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting
  • Advise hotels about internet booking strategies;
  • Participate in Trade Fair and organize Sales seminars;
  • Identify and engage potential partners (PMS, IDS, Web Agencies etc…)

 

Your profile :

  • At least 4 years of experience in a relevant sales function in the hospitality or software industry;
  • High level of independence and autonomy;
  • Affinity/experience with the hospitality industry and e-commerce;
  • Customer focused, independent, sense of responsibility and target focused;
  • High degree of understanding technology
  • Very Good communication and commercial skills;
  • Strong ethics and high attention to customer satisfaction,
  • Frequent travel is required
