Under the responsibility of the Director of Operations Customer Support, you will be in charge of configuring and administering D-EDGE's CRM tools.

You will team up our Salesforce Administrator and our information System Director.



  • Identify, in conjunction with the relevant teams and the Salesforce Administrator, customer request management processes and implement them in the CRM tool by designing the right architecture
  • Set up the appropriate automations within the CRM tool (workflows, process builder, APEX, Visual Force...) as well as through external tools
  • Develop lightning components and create related technical documentation
  • Perform maintenance of the company's CRM management system, and ensure data quality
  • Answer questions and issues company employees encounter with Salesforce
  • Manage and maintain applications connected to the CRM tool




You have a first experience on Salesforce (preferably Lightning)

  • You come from a training course in developer computer development (Level Bac+ 3 minimum)
  • You must have knowledge of Apex/VisualForce and Lightning components.
  • You have knowledge of Java, C#, JavaScript, SQL, HTML languages.
  • You must have a current level of Naglais that allows you to communicate in writing and orally
  • You are curious, oriented solution, dynamic and strength of proposal !
